Does a bot join my meetings?
No. Vega captures meetings using native recording integrations with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, so there is no visible bot joining the call. Your clients and prospects will never know Vega is there, ensuring a natural meeting experience. A Vega recording bot is also available when you are not the meeting host (such as when joining a CPA's, attorney's, or COI's meeting).
How does Vega draft emails?
Vega analyzes the context of incoming emails, pulls relevant information from your CRM and past interactions, and automatically drafts personalized responses directly in your Outlook or Gmail thread. You can then review, edit, and refine the draft using our dedicated Outlook plugin or Gmail Chrome extension before sending.
